Please allow up to 2 weeks for any packages to be mailed out. You will receive a notification from PayPal/Shippo and TheAlmightyPineapple.com with your tracking number. I can not and do not control USPS (United States Postal Service) in regard to domestic and international orders. If you have not received your items within 7-15 business days from the date of shipment (when USPS takes possession of your package) a file will be claimed. You will be instructed to do the same. Not responsible for any lost items for domestic shipments. Due to unforeseen events in the past all packages now carry insurance and this is why shipping rates have been raised in 2018.     

      *Again please allow 2 weeks for the shipment from the date of your order and allow 7-15 business days for receipt of your shipment from date of USPS possession.


International orders please allow the same time frame, with the USA tracking number; please be advised that Readings by Vida is not responsible for any lost items for international shipments.
