Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for all orders to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification from PayPal, Shippo, and TheAlmightyPineapple.com, including your tracking number.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or special releases.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery time is:

We are not responsible for delays, misrouting, or issues once the package is in the possession of USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
If a package is delayed or appears missing, a carrier claim may be initiated, and customers may be required to assist in the claims process.
International Shipping (All Countries)

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing, but generally fall within:

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Responsibility
Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of that carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in transit.

Lost or Missing Packages
