A 12-Week Private Transformational Experience with Mama Vida

For over five years, I’ve guided people through profound life shifts using ancestral healing, spiritual mentorship, and intuitive wisdom. This work has supported radical healing, restored self-worth, and aligned clients with lives of purpose, peace, and prosperity.
The Love Thy Self journey is where self-love becomes a lived practice—not a concept—and where transformation begins at the root.
Love Thy Self is a 12-week, private, one-on-one transformational container designed to help you:
Break generational and ancestral cycles
Heal emotional, spiritual, and energetic wounds
Reconnect with your divine essence
Anchor self-love as your foundation for clarity, abundance, and power
This is not coaching.
This is not surface-level healing.
This is a rebirth through devotion to self.
12 private sessions over 12 weeks, held once weekly via Zoom.
Each session is intentionally curated and intuitively guided to meet you where you are.
Your journey may include the following modalities:
Deep, expansive readings focused on clarity, healing, and spiritual alignment.
SessionS range from 60-90 minutes as Spirit leads.
Distance-based ancestral fire rituals followed by a private Zoom integration session to anchor the work.

Customized spiritual mentoring to support your growth, integration, and embodiment.
Each session includes a pre-session intake so I can intentionally prepare your lesson and focus.
Every session is personalized, sacred, and rooted in holistic transformation—mind, body, spirit, and lineage.
All sessions are held via Zoom
One session per week for 12 consecutive weeks
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
Missed sessions or late cancellations are forfeited
A 15-minute grace period is honored; after that, the session is considered missed
This program is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable
Program begins upon payment completion and confirmed scheduling email (with order number)
All materials and content are legally protected
Boundaries protect the container—for both of us.
Graduates of Love Thy Self may continue their work through:
Love & Know Thy Self (6-Month Immersion)
Soulful Mastery Entrepreneurial Program (12 Months)
Maintenance Alignment Packages (6, 9, or 12 months)
Available only to Love Thy Self graduates
