All sessions are live via Zoom, biweekly, 90 minutes each. Recordings are available to participants during the program timeframe only.
🌱 MONTH 1 — ROOTED Getting honest about where you actually are.
Session 1: The Truth Beneath It All Before we rise, we root. This session strips away the noise and gets to the core of who you are beneath the patterns, the conditioning, and the survival mechanisms.
